The bar at Sazón channels the vibrancy of Canggu’s late-night culture, with a drinks list designed to start slow and end lively. Signature cocktails are playful yet refined—from house-infused sangrias and citrus-forward gin & tonics to tequila twists and bold, spice-laced originals. Curated wines, vermouth, and a selection of mezcals and agave spirits round out the list. Whether you’re sipping at sunset or staying well past supper, each drink is crafted to elevate the moment.
Meet the Chefs
Celebrated chef Andrew Walsh, whose Singapore restaurant Cure was awarded a Michelin star in 2021, brings his bold, high-energy culinary vision to Bali—blending refined technique with a love for shared, soulful dining. Joining him is Chef Tude, a Bali-born chef whose global experience spans acclaimed kitchens. Combining international flair with Balinese heart, he brings depth, creativity, and balance to every dish. Together, they craft a fire-kissed dining experience rooted in connection and made to be shared.
